About the Role
This role supports Red Rooster restaurants and franchisees by improving operational processes, tools and standards across the network. Working closely with restaurant teams and key support centre stakeholders, you'll coordinate operational communications, support campaign implementation and enhance systems that drive consistent execution. Your work is the critical link to stronger restaurant performance, customer experience and network engagement.

Key Activities Include:
Operational Standards & Process Improvement
  • Maintain and enhance operational procedures, standards and restaurant resources.
  • Lead reviews of processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Support operational trials and provide recommendations based on outcomes and feedback.
Campaign & Implementation Support
  • Coordinate operational readiness activities for campaigns, promotions and product launches.
  • Develop campaign information packs and support training rollouts to field teams.
  • Complete Point of Sale (POS) user acceptance testing and support system implementation activities.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Manage operational communications and maintain the network communication calendar.
  • Partner with franchisees, restaurant teams and field teams to gather feedback and share updates.
  • Coordinate communication channels, recognition programs and operational initiatives.
Customer Experience & Operational Support
  • Champion customer feedback programs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a key operational support contact for restaurant and field teams.
  • Provide practical guidance and timely support to stakeholders across the network.
About You
Essential
  • Experience supporting operational programs within multi-site retail, FMCG, QSR, hospitality or franchise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
  • Experience developing procedures, training materials or operational documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
Desirable
  • Experience supporting product launches, promotions or operational campaigns.
  • Exposure to POS systems, process testing or business systems implementation.
  • Understanding of customer experience programs and continuous improvement methodologies.
