Full job description

Seoul Garden Epping FOH

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Seoul Garden Docklands.

Key Sections:

Floor

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Thorough understanding of our menu, buffet, and BBQ concepts.
  • Manage floor operations during service.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures.

Bar

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
  • Understand our drinks menu and ingredients.
  • Complete bar opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels.

Reception

  • Manage bookings and seating arrangements.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Process payments and reservations.
  • Complete reception opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above (or excellent spoken and written English).
  • Available to work a minimum of 4 full days per week, preferbaly able to work Mon - Wed.
  • Good understanding of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and food allergies.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues calmly and professionally.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent observation and attention to detail.
  • A positive, optimistic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A reliable team player who leads by example and supports colleagues.
