Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations with a focus on quality and service excellence
  • Coordinate and execute multiple functions and large events seamlessly
  • Manage event planning from enquiry through to delivery
  • Lead, roster, manage and train staff across both restaurant and event operations
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve event success
  • Maintain venue presentation, compliance, and safety standards

About You

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in hospitality management
  • Proven ability to manage large scale events
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required
