We are thrilled to be expanding our exciting and vibrant Front Office team and are now looking for a Front Office Duty Manager to join our team on a full time basis.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Front Office operations. Your tasks will include:
Oversee daily Front Office functions and maximise productivity
Lead and train colleagues in line with Eos brand pillar, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their roles with confidence and warmth.
Support initiatives that drive a high level of staff engagement and promote a 'live extraordinary' guest experience
Responding to complaints from guests in a timely manner
Assist in the preparation of rosters and tax invoices
In this role we want you to be pursuing a career in a 5-star luxury hotel and be eager to develop your leadership and business acumen, whilst providing a unparalleled guest experience.
About you
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Front Office and Opera PMS.
Immaculate presentation with exceptional communication skills both written and oral
Proven previous management experience and ability to nurture a performance - team focused culture
High attention to detail and suburb organisational and administrative skills
