Someone who can talk wine like they actually drink it, work a section without breaking a sweat, and make every guest feel like they've scored the best table in the house.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running your section like a pro, seamless service, confident recommendations, and a genuine presence on the floor

• Guiding guests through our menu with warmth and authority, you know the pasta, you know the wine, and you're not shy about sharing your favourites

• Keeping your cool when it's full throttle (which is most nights)

• Being part of a team that's tight, supportive, and genuinely enjoys working together

• Bringing the energy every shift and be part of the experience

What We're Looking For

• Solid section experience in fast-paced, quality-focused venues (pasta experience is a bonus but not essential)

• Real wine knowledge, you know your varietals, you can make recommendations with confidence, and you're curious to learn more (we can assist here!)

• A natural ability to read the room and adapt

• Composure under pressure, you don't rattle easily

• A team-first mindset. Egos don't fit here

• Personality, presence, and a bit of swagger
