We're seeking a composed, perceptive individual who combines exceptional people skills with a genuine sense of awareness. This is a unique role at the entrance of our luxury boutique — you are the face of our brand and the first point of contact for its clientele.

About the Role

As our Boutique Door Attendant, you'll manage guest flow and access at our boutique entrance, ensuring every interaction reflects our luxury brand standards. You'll warmly welcome clientele, use sound judgment to manage who enters, and maintain a calm, welcoming environment at all times. This role suits someone who is naturally observant, professionally polished, and confident making discreet decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest access and traffic flow at the boutique entrance
  • Greet and welcome clients with polish and professionalism
  • Use discretion and good judgment to manage who enters the boutique
  • Handle challenging situations calmly and professionally without disrupting the boutique atmosphere
  • Maintain awareness of boutique floor activity and communicate with the team as needed
  • Ensure the entrance reflects our brand's high standards at all times
  • Build rapport with returning clientele and VIP guests

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in front of house, or high-end hospitality highly regarded
  • Naturally observant with the ability to read situations and people quickly
  • Confident, composed demeanor — able to manage entry discreetly and without conflict
  • Impeccably presented with a polished, professional appearance
  • Great communication skills with a calm, natural authority
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Appreciation for luxury service standards

Please Note: This role requires standing throughout your shift at the boutique entrance. You will be the first and last impression for every guest.
