Club Charlestown is looking for experienced wait staff to join our team! The positions are based across our 2 venues- Club Charlestown and Club Lambton.

To be considered for a position with us:

-Due to the nature of the role, you must be 18 years + to apply
-You must have a current NSW RSA competency card
-Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
-Coffee making skills are a bonus (but not required)
-Be willing to work a variety of shift times including early mornings, days, nights and weekends
-Be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
-Have an outgoing, positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team or independently as required
-Have full Australian working rights

The Role:
As part of the day to day, you will be expected to:
-Set up the bistro including setting tables, setting up the bar area, organising the daily bookings, polishing cutlery and preparing the cake display.
-Run the service by taking food orders, cash handling, reading dockets and passing meals to customers, communicating with chefs, assisting in running functions and catering, function room set up and making alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including coffees).
-Close out the service by packing down the service area including the dining room spaces, the function rooms and the bar area, assist in general cleaning, reconcile the till and pack down the coffee machine.
