Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for your next opportunity?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established restaurant in Canberra seeking a motivated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house teams
  • Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Monitor stock, ordering, and inventory

Requirements
