Full job description

Casa Nova is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Circular Quay venue.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily restaurant operations and service.
  • Leading, training and motivating the team.
  • Preparing rosters and managing labour costs.
  • Maintaining excellent food, service and presentation standards.
  • Monitoring sales, stock and operational performance.
  • Handling customer feedback and supporting team performance.
  • Ensuring workplace health and safety and company procedures are followed.

About you

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with rostering, staff training and cost control.
  • A positive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Current NSW RSA, where required.

Italian restaurant experience is desirable but not essential.
