This role is for someone who thrives on the floor. A natural host who is a strong operator. Someone who understands that great hospitality lives in the details — the pace of service, the mood of a room, the way a guest feels without needing to ask.

You’ll lead one of our signature venues, guiding the team, elevating the guest experience and creating a culture that feels warm, polished and genuinely connected.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily venue operations with a strong presence on the floor

• Inspire and develop a high-performing service team

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with consistency and personality

• Manage rostering, labour, stock control and operational performance

• Maintain elevated standards across service, presentation and ambience

• Partner closely with culinary and beverage teams to bring experiences to life

• Drive team engagement, training and accountability

• Support commercial outcomes while protecting the integrity of the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within premium restaurants, bars or lifestyle hotels

• A hands-on operator with strong service instincts

• Confidence leading fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Passion for food, beverage and contemporary hospitality culture

• Strong communication and team development skills

• Commercial awareness with an eye for detail

• Calm, adaptable and solutions focused

• You must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
