About Us

Going Works Australia Pty Ltd t/as Nagomi Japanese Kitchen is a Japanese restaurant located in Adelaide, South Australia. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff
  • Coordinate staff rosters and workforce planning
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with purchasing and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
  • Support business development and sales initiatives
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
  • Assist in achieving business performance and financial targets

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant management experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
  • A relevant hospitality qualification is desirable but not essential

Salary

$75,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
