Restaurant Manager – Burgerville & Co Marsden Park
Location: Marsden Park, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time

Burgerville & Co is a fast-growing Australian burger brand known for premium quality food, exceptional customer service, and a strong team culture. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Marsden Park location and play a key role in its success.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Create staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health regulations.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Analyse weekly performance reports and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture and lead by example.
What We're Looking For
Hospitality management experience is essential. This is not an entry-level management role.
Applicants should have:
- Proven experience managing a busy restaurant or quick-service venue.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience with rostering, stock control, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A hands-on attitude—you're willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
