Restaurant Manager – Burgerville & Co Marsden Park

Location: Marsden Park, NSW

Burgerville & Co is a fast-growing Australian burger brand known for premium quality food, exceptional customer service, and a strong team culture. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Marsden Park location and play a key role in its success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Create staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Manage stock ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health regulations.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse weekly performance reports and implement improvement strategies.
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture and lead by example.

What We're Looking For

Hospitality management experience is essential. This is not an entry-level management role.

Applicants should have:

  • Proven experience managing a busy restaurant or quick-service venue.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience with rostering, stock control, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • A hands-on attitude—you're willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • A valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
