About the role

As a Restaurant Supervisor at NONDA, a fully licensed modern Japanese restaurant located in Gasworks Plaza, Newstead, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service and a great experience for guests. You'll support the front-of-house team during service, train and support team members, and help manage daily restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and guide the FOH team during service

  • Take orders and provide excellent food and beverage service
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally

About you

  • Experienced in hospitality, with 1+ years' experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
  • Confident, friendly and positive
  • Strong in communication and customer service
  • Calm, organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about hospitality and Japanese food
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative
  • Reliable, hands-on and team-oriented
