Venue Manager & FOH Supervisor / 2IC — Full Time

Flour — Caringbah & Cronulla

Flour is growing, and so is our team.

We’re looking for experienced hospitality people to join our Front of House leadership team across Caringbah and Cronulla.

We’re currently recruiting for both a Venue Manager and a FOH Supervisor / 2IC, so whether you’re an experienced manager looking for your next role or a strong supervisor ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, lead well from the floor and know how to create a great experience for both customers and the team around them.

What the roles look like

  • Depending on your experience and the position, your responsibilities may include:
  • Leading the FOH team through busy daily service
  • Supporting, training and mentoring team members
  • Overseeing opening and closing procedures, floor flow and customer experience
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and efficiency
  • Helping manage rosters, training and day-to-day team performance
  • Working closely with our Head of Coffee, Kitchen Managers and wider leadership team
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Contributing to SOPs and improvements across our venues
  • Helping create the warm, welcoming experience Flour is known for

For the Venue Manager, the role will also include greater responsibility for team development, rostering, performance, KPIs and the overall day-to-day performance of the venue.

For the Supervisor / 2IC, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager, take the lead during shifts and help keep the team and venue running smoothly. It’s also a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop into a management role as Flour grows.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in hospitality, ideally in a leadership or supervisor position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A calm, solutions‑focused approach to busy service periods
  • A passion for great food, great coffee, and great people
  • Ability to build a positive, supportive team culture
  • A willingness to get involved and lead from the floor
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
