Restaurant Manager – Chechos Cronulla

Chechos is growing — and we’re looking for a driven, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the opening of our new store in Cronulla.

This is an exciting opportunity suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, enjoys building their team, pride in delivering consistently high standards in a fun filled venue and LOVES a taco (or two) and margaritas!

About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the opening of our new store. You will be responsible for recruitment and building the opening team, training and setting the Chechos standards of operations and expectations, the gate keeper of a fun, vibey venue and ensuring the team is set up for success for the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a new store opening from setup through to launch
  • Oversee the daily operations, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with food safety, WHS, and company standards for the venue
  • Support, train and mentor, your team.
  • Recruit and building your team to ensure they are capable in their roles
  • Be hands-on and lead from the front

  • Proven experience in a high volume venue
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop the team
  • Organised and solutions-focused
  • Experience with new store openings
  • Solid understanding of compliance, food safety, and workplace standards
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and problem-solve quickly
