Job Description


As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.

We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is:

  • Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability
