Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, contributing to a vibrant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained.
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
