WE’RE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER

Join Our Italian Restaurant Team!

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional Italian dining experience.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily restaurant operations
  • Leading, training and motivating staff
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Managing bookings, staff rosters and shift operations
  • Monitoring food and beverage quality
  • Managing stock, ordering and wastage
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
  • Supporting the team during busy service periods

  • Has previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Has excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Is organised, reliable and professional
  • Can work confidently in a fast-paced environment
