Full job description

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our new vibrant team at Zeus Street Greek Midland WA. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a restaurant, develop a high-performing team, and drive both culture and commercial success.

You'll lead from the front. Developing your people, owning the numbers, and setting the standard every single day.


What you'll be responsible for

  • Full ownership of restaurant performance across sales, operations and team culture

  • Driving KPIs and managing P&L with a commercial mindset

  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and compliance

  • Implementing high-performance operational systems and accountability across the team

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including rostering, hiring, stock control and labour management

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

  • Training, coaching, and developing team members to build a strong and positive culture

  • Working closely with the owner and leadership team to drive profitability and operational excellence


What we're looking for

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a QSR Restaurant Manager highly regarded

  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing numbers and performance

  • Track record of hitting targets and building strong teams

  • Exceptional communication and people leadership skills

  • Outstanding customer service capability

  • High personal standards and a hands-on leadership style

  • Someone ambitious, driven, and ready to looking to grow into broader operational leadership
