About the Role

We’re looking for confident and motivated Shift Leaders / Assistant Restaurant manager to help run great shifts and lead great teams. As a Leader, you’ll be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the team and making sure every guest has a positive experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across service, food quality, safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the EJ Way and supporting the team during service
  • Keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently
  • Coaching and training team members to build confidence and capability
  • Delivering consistent, guest-focused experiences
  • Supporting rostering and shift organisation
  • Helping drive performance against restaurant goals and KPIs
  • Upholding food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards
  • Managing stock levels so the kitchen and service never miss a beat
