Looking for a qualified and experienced person who can help manage the venue along the side of the head chef and owner:

I would like to see proven skills in a silimar role before of management:

  • 100 seat restaurant cocktail bar and 100 seat function room.
  • With a range of 15 staff to manage with rosters, training and induction.
  • Must be able to maintain high standard customer service through service times -
  • Create a happy and professional work environment.
  • Must have knowledge in wine serve cocktail making al a carte dining.
  • Be trustworthy to handle money - balancing and closing of shifts
  • Oversea large bookings and enquires
  • Work close with chef and kitchen staff for smooth operations
  • Help design beverage menus and cost of supply
  • Work with Weddings - promotions - and events
  • Budget controls WHS and leadership

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
