As the Venue General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the venue, making sure everything runs smoothly, guest leave smiling, and our team stays energised and motivated. Whether you're leading the charge or supporting your Area Leader, your role is all about creating a positive, high-performing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead by example and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Keep the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory and stock management.
  • Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and venue performance.
  • Take ownership of venue P&L.

    • Experienced leaders from hospitality or retail (bonus points for QSR experience!).
