Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver room service orders accurately and on time
• Take phone/app orders, confirming special requests and dietary needs
• Set up trays/trolleys to standard; check against ticket before delivery
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure timely, correct order prep
• Deliver discreetly, respecting guest privacy and room entry protocols
• Process bills and payments at point of delivery
• Collect trays/trolleys promptly to keep floors clean and presentable
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Bring:

• Hospitality or F&B experience (room service a plus)
• Strong phone and in-person communication skills
• Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple orders
• Physical stamina to stand, carry trays, and navigate hotel corridors
• Team player who works well with kitchen and front-of-house
• Flexible, positive attitude during peak and off-hour demand
