Key responsibilities include:

• Effectively lead, motivate and manage Centre teams to achieve optimal sales objectives, customer service levels and set business objectives.
• Overall responsibility for achievement of financial budgets and profitability of all Centres in your operational area.
• Ensure your Centres are achieving across financial performance metrics, including sales and KPI targets
• Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to continually develop Centre teams
• Oversee and ensure effective resourcing and recruitment of all Centre teams
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to Management on Centre activities and performance
• Ensure all Centres are compliant with Work Health & Safety regulations and requirements
• Foster a success-oriented culture of accountability where resources are used effectively and efficiently to achieve stated objectives.

About You:

• You are based on the Sunshine Coast and willing to travel to centres in your operational area on a quarterly basis (ideal frequency).
• Effective leadership and people management skills, including building and maintaining great team culture.
• Demonstrated success in an Operational/Area Management role in a medium-large organisation or similar (previous experience in the retail space is highly advantageous).
• Proven leadership capability in managing remote teams.
• Strong experience in the recruitment and development of sales people.
• Strong business and financial acumen including analysing complex financials, developing effective reports, and building effective strategies.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor team members, with a sound understanding of best practice performance management.
• Ability to build trusting and authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to self-manage time and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Work Health & Safety regulations
