About Us: LZHK Pty Ltd, trading as One Pot, is a well-established Taiwanese-style hot pot restaurant located in the heart of Haymarket, Sydney. We pride ourselves on delivering authentic Taiwanese flavours, quality food, and excellent customer service in a welcoming and vibrant dining environment.As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our customers.
Tasks & responsibilities
· Providing excellent customer service
· Full restaurant service with the occasional dinner events, catering and private functions
· Employing and training new staffs
· Scheduling and wage targets
· Managing and supervising staffs
· Liaising with suppliers
· Help improve performance and productivity
· Comply with health regulations
· Assist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
· Assist chefs to develop new seasonal menus and drink menus
· Monitor restaurant performance and report to various stakeholders

You are highly motivated, organised and process driven with great attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
Qualifications & experience:
