At Novotel Sydney City Centre, every great stay starts with a great first impression. We're looking for a full-time Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about hospitality, love connecting with people, and enjoy delivering thoughtful service in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to welcome you to the team.

As our Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping create exceptional experiences from the very first interaction. In this role, you will:

  • Manage FIT and corporate reservations received via phone, email and other booking channels.
  • Deliver warm, professional and personalised service with every guest interaction.
  • Provide accurate information and assist guests with booking enquiries, changes and special requests.
  • Build your knowledge of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme to confidently promote member benefits and enhance the guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with Front Office and hotel operations teams to ensure guest requests are communicated and delivered seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records while identifying opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications
