The Federal Hotel is on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Front of House All-Rounders to join our team.

Located in the heart of Fremantle, we're a busy, vibrant venue offering great food, cold drinks and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.

We're looking for hospitality legends who can confidently jump between the bar and floor, thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver great customer service with a smile.

About the Role

• Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service
• Working across both bar and food service
• Pouring beers, making cocktails and serving a range of beverages
• Taking food and drink orders, running meals and clearing tables
• Handling POS transactions and cash
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming venue
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a busy pub, bar or restaurant
• Confidence working across both bar and floor service
• A current WA RSA certificate (essential)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliability, initiative and a great work ethic
• Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
