Motto Motto was born out of the kitchen of one of Australia’s most awarded Japanese restaurants, Sono.

We take the best parts of traditional Japanese fine dining and reimagine them in a casual, contemporary restaurant environment to deliver a truly unique food experience.

What we look for

Since opening in July 2024, we've been committed to delivering exceptional service, and we're now looking for dedicated permanent staff to help us maintain that standard. No experience? No problem! This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity with full training provided. All you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong focus on customer service. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.18 – $45.05 per hour
