Dear potential team member,

Momo Chicken Rochedale, a vibrant and popular restaurant located in Rochedale, is looking to expand its exceptional team. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Waitresses/Bar Attendants/All-rounders. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a positive attitude, and a love for food and drinks, we would love to hear from you!

Position: Waitress/Bar Attendant/All-rounder

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and beverages promptly

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining and bar areas

- Assist with basic food preparation and ensure food quality standards are met

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for customers

- Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; we are also open to training enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well within a team and also independently

- A positive and friendly attitude with a customer-oriented mindset

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
