Restaurant Supervisor – Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for hospitality.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Monitor service standards and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Coordinate with the management team to meet operational and financial goals
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or relevant hospitality experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
