Leedal Pty Ltd is one of Western Australia’s leading Indigenous-owned organizations, playing a vital role in the economic development of Fitzroy Crossing. As the trustee for the Fitzroy Crossing Trust, Leedal supports six local Indigenous corporations, ensuring responsible management of key community assets and businesses.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

The main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise staff during daily restaurant operations.
  • Help ensure smooth and efficient customer service during shifts.
  • Prepare staff rosters and make sure shifts are properly covered.
  • Assist customers with enquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Monitor food and beverage service to maintain quality standards.
  • Train and support new and existing staff members.
  • Ensure staff follow workplace health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas.
  • Assist with stock checks and notify management when supplies are low.
  • Operate and supervise POS transactions and cash handling procedures.
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Report operational issues and customer feedback to management.
  • Support management with day-to-day restaurant operations.

The suitable applicant should:

  • Hold at least an AQF Certificate III in Hospitality and 2 years of relevant work experience, or have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and order management software.
  • Experience with the H&L system is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of health regulations and food service compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The employer will offer:

  • A full-time contract for at least 3 years, extendable for further term.
  • An annual salary of $68,000 - $72,000 (negotiable) + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidates with relevant qualification and experience.
  • Accommodation will be provided close to workplace.
