Restaurant Supervisor – Volcanos Steakhouse

Volcanos Steakhouse is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has a strong sense of leadership, and is committed to delivering a top-quality dining experience for every guest.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant
  • A positive, hands-on leadership style that motivates and supports team members
  • A warm, approachable personality with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Confident with POS systems, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
