The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Darling Harbour on a full-time basis. In this role, you will overlook daily operations, ensuring seamless service and high levels of guest satisfaction. You will be a key support for the floor team, bridging the communication between the kitchen, bar, and our guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the floor team during busy services.
• Manage staff rostering while strictly adhering to labour budgets.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve any service issues.
• Coordinate communication between the bar, kitchen, and front-of-house teams.
• Organize floor duties and ensure all operational standards are met.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in monitoring sales performance and budgets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage labour budgets and monitor sales KPIs.
• A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and high service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude.
