About The Leopard
The Leopard is a new neighbourhood pizza and wine bar opening soon in Morningside. We're all about great pizza, good wine and a casual, welcoming vibe. As a growing business, we're building a team that loves hospitality and wants to be part of something from the very beginning.
About the Role
We're looking for a Front of House Supervisor to help lead the floor and deliver a warm, relaxed guest experience. You'll be part of the opening team, helping shape our service standards and culture from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the floor during service and support the front of house team
- Deliver friendly, attentive service and look after guests
- Guide, coach and motivate team members
- Work closely with the kitchen and management to keep service running smoothly
About You
- Previous front of house hospitality experience
- Confident leading a small team
- Wine knowledge is preferred, but not required to apply
- Available for evenings and weekends
- RSA certificate
