Weekend Restaurant Supervisor – BRELL HOUSE (St Marys Diggers & Band Club)

Part-Time Weekend | High-Volume Venue | Career Growth Opportunity

Brell House is a brand-new hospitality precinct redefining the local dining experience in Western Sydney.

This flagship venue features a 650-seat indoor/outdoor restaurant, complete with a children’s playground and dedicated teenage retreat areas, creating a vibrant, family-friendly destination.

Delivered in partnership with Great Eats Pty Ltd (operators behind Bondi Icebergs), this is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team at launch phase and contribute to building something exceptional.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 2IC and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving service standards, supporting team performance, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience on every shift.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager:

  • Supervise daily FOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and support staff during service periods
  • Maintain high standards across service, presentation, and venue atmosphere
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Support staff training and onboarding
  • Assist with rostering execution and labour efficiency on shift
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, and WHS requirements

About You

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a large volume restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and problem-solve in real time
  • Sound understanding of hospitality operations and compliance
  • Current RSA (essential)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)

Working Hours
