Located in the heart of iconic The Rocks, Sydney, our vibrant venue is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences to both local regulars and international visitors. Whether you are mentoring staff, coordinating seamless floor service against a historic Sydney backdrop, or stepping in to elevate the guest experience, your leadership, energy, and flair will bring our space to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the front-of-house team (bartenders, waitstaff, hosts, and runners) during service.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and grace.
  • Assist with staff training, rostering, and pre-service briefings.
  • Monitor daily cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and floor presentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
