Job Introduction

As we are open from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week (including public holidays but excluding Christmas Day), we require good availability and flexibility. Applicants must be willing to work evenings (until at least 10:30pm) and weekends (including evenings). Trading Hours may vary by restaurant.

Permanent (Full Time/Part Time) and Casual Positions available. No Seasonal Positions available.

Under the Child Employment Act 2003 (Vic) the minimum working age is 15 years in Victoria.

The minimum Shift is 3 hours and the maximum Shift is 10 hours. Our average Shift length is 4-5 hours.

Main Responsibilities

Food preparation including bread and cookie baking

Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards

Comply with required Food Standards practices

Till Operator

Monitoring stock levels

Checking in deliveries

Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules

Follow security & safety procedures

Maintain a safe working environment for team members and guests

Maintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway® brand and guest expectations

Work as a team member

Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales and catering for guest needs.
