Front of House Team Member – Limoncello Cafe, Sandringham

Join Our Team!

Limoncello Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team.

Location: 54 Station Street, Sandringham

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of our café, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service and supporting the daily operation of the café.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food (training provided if required).
  • Operate the POS system and process payments.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly.
  • Clear and reset tables, keeping the café clean and presentable.
  • Restock display cabinets and service stations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and barista team.
  • Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Current Australian working rights.
