Itahlia Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Wait Staff member to join our team in Sunbury, VIC.

About the Role

As part of our front-of-house team, you will help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and assist with customer enquiries
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their visit
• Process payments and operate the POS system
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining a clean dining environment
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team
• Follow food safety, hygiene and restaurant service standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, professional and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
