We are looking for energetic and experienced baristas to join our team! This role would suit someone who is happy and flexible enough to work as a barista and as a cafe all-rounder.

This is not just about serving coffee...we want someone who loves creating a great customer experience, upselling effortlessly, keeping the space looking amazing, and helping drive sales.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous hospitality/café experience

Minimum 1-2 latte arts with good in milk

Available 3-4 days per week, approx. 28 hours

Someone happy to serve customers over the counter and make coffee

Previous experience in coffee making, weighing and timing shots and latte art

Passion for the service industry and an interest in food/baking/artisan bread/pastry/coffee

Can-do attitude is essential

Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment

Punctuality is essential

Can work quickly and efficiently

Well-presented & safety conscious

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Is happy to work as both barista and all-rounder when required

Early morning starts (7 am)

Weekends availability and Friday/Saturday Evening Availability

Your day-to-day includes the following:

• Greeting and serving customers
• Operating the POS and handling payments
• Making Coffee
• Keeping shelves stocked and visually appealing
• Driving sales through confident upselling
• Keeping front of house spotless and organised
• Helping with simple baking prep when needed

Experience:

Working in a café, sales, POS, and cash handling: 2 years (Required)

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
