Are you a customer service superstar? Would your like to work at a heritage-listed property in the heart of the Blue Mountains? Then we would love to hear from you.

The Carrington precinct includes a number of dining and bar options, and is a popular wedding, function and events venue.


FOOD & BEVERAGE: Wait Staff & Cocktail Bar Staff

The Carrington is home to the Grand Dining Room fine dining restaurant; Champagne Charlie’s Cocktail Bar; Old City Bank, serving the best pub-style food in Katoomba; and our live music venue, the Baroque Room. The Hotel is also a popular wedding, function, and event venue.

Multiple casual positions are available across our food and beverage outlets. Whilst hospitality experience (particularly within a fine dining establishment) will be highly regarded, we will train and develop the right candidates.

ABOUT YOU

  • A valid NSW RSA Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Self-motivated about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Professionally presented
  • Passionate about food & wine
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to prioritise tasks in high-pressure service situations without compromising service quality and delivery
  • Reside locally or willing to relocate.
