What You’ll Do

As a Zambrero Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a fast, fresh and enjoyable experience for every customer. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to deliver delicious food, exceptional service and a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, welcoming and exceptional customer service
• Preparing fresh food accurately and efficiently in line with Zambrero’s recipes and quality standards
• Preparing ingredients and recipes ahead of meal periods while anticipating customer demand
• Following all food handling, safety, hygiene and sanitisation procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area and production spaces
• Working collaboratively with your team to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly during busy periods
• Taking initiative and assisting with any other tasks needed to create an outstanding customer experience
