We are looking for an energetic, reliable and customer-focused Front of House Team Member who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a supportive and growing team.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member you will play a key role in delivering great guest experiences and holding the high standards that make Cartel Taqueria a local favourite.

Your day will include:

• Opening and closing the venue
• Greeting and engaging with customers
• Taking food and beverage orders
• Serving alcohol in line with RSA requirements
• Processing transactions on our POS system
• Running food and drinks to tables
• Keeping the venue clean, organised and welcoming
• Helping with daily operational and cleaning tasks
• Working closely with the team to keep service smooth

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a current RSA certificate (essential)
• Has hospitality experience (preferred but not essential, we will train the right person)
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their role
• Enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Leads by example and holds high service standards
• Takes initiative and looks for ways to help the team
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift
• Is available for evenings, weekends and public holidays
