Flexible hours, fast paced, staff discounts & no two days the same!

This is your chance to be involved in Swan Valley's hottest venue.

Mandoon Estate is looking for hospitality staff to work in the following areas:

  • Wild Swan @ Mandoon Estate - Fine Dining Restaurant open 3 days/week
  • Homestead Brewery - Fast paced gastropub & Brewery open 7 days/week
  • The Llawn - Outside beer garden & delicatessen open Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays 11am – 5pm
  • Functions - Weddings, corporate & social events

We are looking for the BEST - baristas, cocktail makers, wait & bar staff passionate about beer & wine, a professional attitude & BIG personalities.

The positions available will suit candidates who possess the following:

  • Have a good understanding of what is required in the hospitality industry and a keen interest in learning more
  • Have a current RSA
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high skill level in all aspects of service
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for customer service with a friendly and genuine approach
  • Attention to detail with a high standard of personal presentation
  • Flexible availability
