What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take orders and serve food and drinks accurately
• Process payments and follow responsible service requirements
• Keep tables, bars and customer areas clean, stocked and ready
• Answer customer questions and help create a welcoming atmosphere
• Work with the wider team to keep service moving during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly and reliable approach to customers and teammates
• Previous hospitality experience is welcomed, but not essential
• Confidence communicating with customers in a busy venue
• A current NSW RSA competency card, or willingness to obtain one before starting
• Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
