Full job description

Little Sutton Bakehouse is excited to announce the expansion of our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and delicious baked goods, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality service.

  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Someone who works well in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills with customers and within the team.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of hospitality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bakehouse.
  • Someone who enjoys hospitality and the skills you can learn from it.
  • Works well under pressure in a busy and fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a cafe or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • A passion for food, coffee and providing excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of coffee and coffee machine would be an advantage.
