Full job description

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and energetic Front of House Staff to work with our small team at our vibrant pizza & pasta bar near the beach in Port Coogee. This is a casual role appox 3 shifts a week.

About the role:

As Front of House Staff you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and working well under pressure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Managing POS operations (Bepoz), EFTPOS transactions, and cash handling
  • Table service, reservations, and take away service.
  • Coordinating closely with kitchen and FOH staff for smooth service
  • Bar operations including cocktails, wine and beer service
  • Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Opening and closing the venue, including end-of-day procedures
  • Contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and team culture

About You- You will ideally have:

  • A strong passion for hospitality, food, wine, cocktails, and service
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a Front of House Staff
  • Confidence using POS systems (Bepoz experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy service environment
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
