Full-Time Front of House Team MemberThe Hedonist – Collaroy

At The Hedonist, hospitality is about more than serving great food and wine, it's about creating memorable experiences. We're a small, passionate team that takes pride in what we do, supports one another, and work together to achieve our goals.As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Full-Time Front of House Team Member to join our close-knit team.

About the Role

This is a full-time salaried position suited to someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be working alongside a motivated team in a fast-paced, quality-driven venue where every shift matters.

Weekend availability is essential, as weekends are one of our busiest trading periods.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a front of house hospitality role.
  • Speaks fluent English and has excellent verbal communication skills, allowing them to confidently engage with guests and work effectively within the team.
  • Is confident running a section and providing warm, attentive service.
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
  • Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Holds valid Australian working rights.

Wine knowledge, cocktail experience, and an RSA are highly regarded.What We Offer
