About the role

Chunn Thai Cuisine is seeking a passionate and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team in our restaurant located in Menai, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our dining operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking customer orders and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner
  • Delivering food and beverages to customers with care and attention to detail
  • Ensuring tables are cleared, reset and maintained to a high standard
  • Assisting with side duties such as restocking, cleaning and general restaurant upkeep
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting preferred, however, not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including an understanding of Thai cuisine
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Must be available on Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday.
