Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and pass them to other stations
  • Serve meals and beverages with care and attention to detail.
  • Manage reservations, phone inquiries, and walk-in guests.
  • Handle billing, cash registers, and electronic payment systems.
  • Clear tables, wipe surfaces, and keep the public area clean.
  • Listen to customer feedback or complaints and resolve issues politely.
