Full job description

Tijuana in Manly is seeking experienced and passionate Waiters to join our team at a lively South American Bar & restaurant.

We prioritise guest experience and a fun, energetic atmosphere, and we are looking for waiters who share our passion for fun and great service.

If you have a proven track record in restaurants, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a love for South American flavours, this position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere for guests, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences
  • Deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution


Requirements:

  • At least one year of hospitality experience, waitstaff experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • RSA Certificate
  • Fluent in English
