About the Role

As a member of our hotel team, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities may be available across areas such as:

• Front Office & Guest Services
• Food & Beverage
• Restaurant & Bar
• Housekeeping
• Concierge
• Hotel Operations

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest journey.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests.
• Support the daily operations of your department.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and professionalism.
• Work closely with colleagues across the hotel.
• Handle guest concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures and safety standards.
